The Kumeu Volunteer Fire Brigade was formed on the 22nd October 1970.
Originally known as the Kumeu Huapai Volunteer Fire Brigade, the founding 14 members took it upon themselves to create the foundations of the emergency service we provide today.

The Annual 5 Station Poker Run will be hosted by Kaukapakapa Volunteer Fire Brigade for 2020.
