Due to the recent Government announcements surrounding Covid-19, the Brigade made the devastating, but necessary call to CANCEL the 2020 Huapai Hillbillies Hoedown which was due to take place at the Kumeu Showgrounds on Saturday 4th April.

As you can imagine, this refund process has taken some time to plan, and we ask that you have patience with us in processing these refunds.  As Volunteers, we are all facing uncertain times in our personal lives, as are most of you.

We want to take this time to thank you for supporting the Brigade for our Annual Hoedown, and look forward to seeing you back again in 2021.

HOW THIS WILL WORK

The Brigade has opted to carry out this refund process without any physical contact with ticket holders.

To authenticate your original purchase, we ask that you complete the form below, and then upload a photo of your tickets that includes a form of personal identification in the photo.

Please see below an example of a suitable image.

Suitable identification includes a New Zealand Drivers License, or a New Zealand or Overseas Passport.

You must ensure that all printed Ticket Numbers, and Identification details are clearly visible in the photo.

Once you have completed your refund form, and we approve the application, we expect to refund you within 5 working days.

DONATIONS

We know many of your have made the offer to 'Donate the value of your ticket'.  We sincerely appreciate this gesture, and want to thank anyone who may choose to do this.  However, the Brigade in no way expects anyone to donate the cost of their ticket, especially in light of the current crisis New Zealanders are facing.

If you do wish to donate any funds, please clearly note this in the comments section, and please ensure that you still list all of the ticket numbers you have.

By completing and submitting this form in its entirety, you are confirming you are authorised to accept a refund for the 2020 Hoedown Tickets listed in your submission, and that you confirm the original purchase of tickets was via authorised Sellers. 

The Kumeu Volunteer Fire Brigade accepts no responsibility for any incorrect banking information supplied by you.

Any personal identification provided in your submission will not be shared, nor used for any purpose other than to verify your identity, and safe guard not only the Brigade, but all ticket holders against any fraudulent applications.

If you have any issues, or suspect any fraudulent behaviour, please contact either the Secretary, or Treasurer as listed above immediately.
